What we collect

Identity (name), contact (email, phone, address), property details, identity documents for right-to-rent checks, financial information for referencing, and technical data (IP address, browser, device — via cookies).

Why we collect it (lawful bases)

• Contract — to provide our agency services to you.
• Legal obligation — anti-money-laundering, right-to-rent and tax record retention.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our services.
• Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 2 years. Tenancy and sales records: 6 years after the relationship ends, per HMRC and AML requirements. Marketing consent: until you withdraw.

Sharing

Referencing providers, deposit schemes, contractors instructed on your behalf, our redress scheme, regulators and HMRC. We never sell your data.

Your rights
